About us
During the summer of 2014, we started our first project. The Work like a Horse Holiday School. A day filled with fun activities for children from challenging neighbourhoods who do not leave their neighbourhood in the summer holiday. Since 2014, we have added various projects for different target groups. For example, every week we go out with primary school pupils in our after school program. And in the summer holiday, we are working as hard for children with autism or children living in crisis shelters during our holiday activities. You can find more information about the programs here.
Work like a Horse is an initiative of Stichting Trustfonds Hippische Alliantie Rotterdam. Our foundation organizes her own projects and supports social projects of partner such as, CHIO Rotterdam, the Rotterdamsche Manėge and Rijvereniging de Hazelaar. Our programs are made financially possible by donations of funds, companies and individuals. You can find more information under support us.
Each project has a team of enthusiastic team members. We cooperate with many volunteers and experts.
